CANCELLATION POLICY Please provide at least a 12 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your scheduled appointment. If less time is given or if you miss/no-show appointment you will be responsible for a cancellation of $20 per service. In the event that the card on file is declined, an invoice will be sent to the email on file, requiring payment within a 5-day period. Failure to settle the balance will result in the cancellation of all future appointments and the inability to book further appointments at HAIR BY CARLI. LATE ARRIVALS We kindly request that you arrive on time, as arriving five minutes late or more may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment for an alternative day or time. SICK POLICY In the event of illness or absence from school, please cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment. I will do my best to accommodate an alternative day.
